Hello...I'm going to share about the life story of Miyuki Inoue. I read her
book titled "I was born 500 grams and I'm blind". Here is the story:
Miyuki was born 500 grams and she was premature. First, the doctor said
that she would survive for 2-3 days, but the doctor's word never came true.
Miyuki has been surviving until today. She is 22 years old now.
For first 7 months, she was taken care in the incubator and she was
permitted to leave the hospital when she had been 1800 grams. When she
was born her body was as big as a pen. I saw the photos and it's true.
Miyuki stays with her Mom, Mrs Michiyo Inoue. She has struggled to raise
Miyuki for a long time. Eventhough Miyuki is blind, she treats her like a
normal person, she taught her with dicipline and she always supports what
Miyuki wants to learn. For example: Miyuki can ride a bicycle eventhough
she is blind. The best achievement that Miyuki has got, is she won
the essay writing. She wrote about herself and her mother's struggle to
raise her for National level.
Now, Miyuki is learning at Academy of Nursing in Japan, in her book she
said that she wants to be a social worker.
What I've learned from this story is I learned that we have to learn
something by keep trying to do it. The other is, I learned to appreciate to
the disable people, and never scare of FAILURE.

Great story, Aike :) I always wonder what's the story of that book...However, you hadn't mention how people around her treated her...Did they treat her as an equal or as a useless people? How about it?
That's GREAAAT! One more student has created a blog. Sooner or later, you will get a lot of benefits, Aike. Keep up the good work!!!!
Do you think a person like Miyuki Inoue can survive in our country? I doubt it....:(
This is a very inspiring story. I personally believe that each one of us is created by God to serve a special purpose in life, and for that reason God equips each one of us with special talents/skills and unique characters so that we may carry on His duties.
By the way, good job Aike. Keep it up!
Good luck too :)
I've read this book too aike!I couldn't stand to cry on reading it!
